Also known as "Director of First Impressions", Leisa brings a positive energy and excitement to our communities. She joined our team in 2013 and is a true "people person". She has over 15 years of sales and customer service expertise, and she utilizes that talent to assist residents with their townhome or apartment search. During her free time, Leisa enjoys traveling and boating, and she is an active volunteer for several non-profit organizations.
Patty's background is diverse with many years in customer service and in property management for Park Avenue of Wayzata since 2005. Once you meet Patty, you will find yourself hooked on her management style. Her style has brought a sense of community to Olympic Ridge. In fact, many residents return to live at Olympic Ridge because of the impeccable service Patty provides her residents. Her motto is "Our goal is your satisfaction". Patty has four children and two beautiful grandchildren with whom she loves spending time.
I enjoy reading, watching documentaries, and spending time with my family. I am passionate about human rights and the Law. I am grateful for all the opportunities God has given me and I love to laugh because I believe laughter is medicine which eliminates many ailments.
Lucy has been with Park Avenue for a year, starting off as leasing and working her way up to management, she is an unstoppable force. Lucy grew up just down the road from Tanager Creek and has spent a lot of time in the neighborhood as a child. She knows all of the parks, trails, shopping and just about everything else about the area. Lucy will work hard for you, she dedicates herself to making sure that living at Tanager Creek is a wonderful experience. In her free time she likes to spend time with her husband (of 18 years) and her son, playing video games or just being with family.
Desirae (Desi) joined our team during 2012 and has been in the property management industry for 12 years. Desi is fantastic with our residents. She is responsive, professional, and talented. You will find Desi working with our residents to make life great or helping our prospective new residents find the exact right fit for their new home. Desi’s special areas of experience include sales, property management, marketing and customer service. During her free time she loves camping and horseback riding.
Renee joined our Park Avenue of Wayzata team in 2015. She is also a resident at one of our Park Avenue of Wayzata Communities. Renee comes to us with over 30 years of customer service experience. Renee loves to help any way she can to make you feel at home, whether you are a future resident looking for your new home or a current resident with concerns. During her free time she loves to hang out with family and friends. Renee also knows her way around a campsite because she enjoys fishing/camping. She loves to spend time walking her beloved dog, Phoebe, around the many trails that surround most of our Communities.
Pam has been the property/leasing manager for Park Avenue of Wayzata for the past 24 years. She takes great pride in finding the right suite for new tenants and makes them feel welcome and appreciated throughout their tenancy. Her genuine commitment to quality management is responsible for impressive tenant retention and continued updating/remodeling of the commercial properties. Prior to coming to Park Avenue, she worked eight years at The Kerr Companies, a local commercial development company with hotels, condos and office buildings in MN, TX and NY. During the sale of these properties, she participated and facilitated in final negotiations with investors from many foreign countries.
Park Avenue of Wayzata's maintenance team is second to none with its response time, knowledge of building needs and 24/7 response to building emergencies. We are recipients of numerous industry awards are and are recognized for our prompt trouble-shooting and resolution of any maintenance problems our residents and tenants may experience.
Rhonda is an experienced HR Manager. She directs all human resource activities for our staff, which includes employment, compensation and performance management, payroll, employee relations, benefits, and legal compliance.
