MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Full time roving position available.  We are looking for a sharp individual who is able to work independently and promote a professional company image.  Must have own vehicle and work tools and be able to perform duties with appropriate standards of quality and timeliness.

Maintenance to include, but not be limited to, the following: appliance repairs, plumbing repairs, carpentry repairs, painting, landscaping, heating and A/C repairs, turnaround maintenance, rotating locks and repairing locks, minor electrical repairs, etc.    Must be available for on-call service and snow removal on a 6 week rotation basis.

Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. following appropriate safety procedures; Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time; Crawl in small and tight spaces; Ability to work in different environmental working conditions (i.e. heat, cold, wind, rain); Walk and climb stairs; Handle, finger grasp and feel objects and equipment; Reach with hands and arms; Communicate, receive and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word; Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions; Repeat various motions with the wrists, hands and fingers; Ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms.

This position requires a minimum of two years experience in the multi-housing industry.

We are a drug free company. A drug test will be required and a clean driving record is mandatory.  A physical will also be required.

Salary commensurate with experience.  This is an hourly, non-exempt position which includes benefits.

 

 

Caretaker – Part Time – Partial Rent Credit- Eden Prairie

 

Mature, conscientious and flexible individual or couple needed for luxury, townhome community in Eden Prairie.  This position is approximately 50 hours per month.  Duties consist of office/model cleaning, townhome turn cleaning, cleaning of vacants, grounds pick-up, watering/weeding as directed, emptying on-site trash barrels, snow/ice patrol.   High standards required and must  take pride in work.  We would prefer some daytime availability.

 

This position requires living on site at our Tanager Creek community and compensation is a partial rent credit on the townhome of your choice.  At the moment, there are two bedrooms available starting at $1,240.  Three bedrooms start at $1,410.

LEASING AGENT (Western Suburbs)

We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic person with excellent communication abilities, great people/phone skills and a strong customer service attitude to assist with our leasing/marketing efforts.  Must be highly organized and goal oriented.  The candidate needs to be creative, quick to learn and have the ability to think outside the box.  Must have a proven track record in sales and have strong closing skills.  Being computer literate is required.

This is an hourly, benefited non-exempt position that averages 38 hours per week.  Hours fluctuate with the time of year.  This position requires most weekends, three of four.

 

SEASONAL MAINTENANCE/FALL GROUNDS WORKER- Full Time/Temporary

Mature, energetic, conscientious individual with good common sense is needed for miscellaneous summer grounds duties at various rental townhome and apartment communities in the western suburbs of the Twin Cities.

Duties include lawn sprinkling, building washing, misc. landscaping repairs and other misc. maintenance work.  Transportation is required as work location may vary from time to time among the various communities.  Experience in grounds maintenance and general maintenance is preferred.  Must be able to communicate, receive and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word.  Must have a clear driving record and reliable transportation.
