We are looking for an experienced property manager who will direct and oversee the operations of a market-rate townhome community to ensure the financial and business objectives of the property are achieved.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, vendors and others, both verbally and in writing. Be self-motivated and able to work independently. Must have strong organizational and time management skills. Be computer literate and have the ability to use new technologies are necessary, as well as experience with contracts, leases, and governmental laws/ordinances pertaining to rental housing.
This is a full time position, 5 days per week. Weekends are required, working three of four per month.

Use your creative marketing, social media and leasing finesse to instill excitement into potential residents.
As a Leasing Consultant, you will have the opportunity to show customers our beautiful apartments and townhouses while using your top notch sales skills to make them a home. Desired skills and experience: Impeccable phone skills, a successful sales record, and competency with MS Office Suite.
This is a full time position, averaging 37.5 hours per week. Weekends are required, working three of four per month.
Full time, roving position available. We are looking for a sharp individual who is able to work independently, safely and promote a professional company image. Must have own vehicle and work tools and be able to perform duties with appropriate standards of quality and timeliness.
Maintenance to include, but not be limited to, the following: appliance repairs, plumbing repairs, carpentry repairs, painting, landscaping, heating and A/C repairs, turnaround maintenance, rotating locks and repairing locks, minor electrical repairs, etc. Must be available for emergency on-call service on a rotation basis.
This position requires a minimum of two years experience in the multi-housing industry.
