Leasing Consultant/Assistant Manager
Use your creative marketing, social media and leasing finesse to instill excitement into potential residents.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to show customers our beautiful townhouses while using your top notch sales skills to make them a home. In addition to leasing, you will assist the Community Manager with writing and coordinating maintenance orders, conducting move-in/move-out inspections, assorted correspondence, communication and service with residents and Corporate personnel.
Desired skills and experience: 1 – 3 years’ experience residential leasing, impeccable phone skills, a successful sales record, and competency with MS Office Suite.
