ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST
We seek an experienced collections/accounts receivable specialist to join our team. This position is Full Time, Benefit Eligible.
Responsibilities include but not limited to;
Accounts Payable
• Check Runs
• Security Deposits
• Approve utility invoices and maintain spreadsheets to prep for payment
• Prep and organize invoices paid by statement only
• Review & Reconcile Monthly Vendor Statements
• Maintain W-9 for all vendors
• Maintain Current Certificates of Insurance (GL & WC) on all Subcontractors
• Prepare and Issue 1099’s at Year End
Accounts Receivable
• Input rent checks and process bank deposits.
• Prepare and send late letters on all accounts on the 6th of every month
• Run delinquency reports, assess late charges, and send out late letters
• Prepare necessary research needed for general collection question
• Ensure Perma Lease accounts are kept current, collecting information on the status of Association dues, real estate taxes and mortgage payments and sending letters to those delinquents in these areas
The ideal candidate will have 1 – 3 years’ experience with accounting functions. Experience in multi-housing industry a plus. Must possess strong oral and written communication skills. Experience with accounting software; Yardi Voyager preferred.
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Are you looking for a change? We need a maintenance technician for our townhome properties in Minnetonka, Plymouth and Eden Prairie. We seek a sharp individual who can work independently, safely and promote a professional Company image. Must have own vehicle and work tools and be able to perform duties with appropriate standards of quality and timeliness. Duties include, but not limited to:
Light Maintenance
Carpentry repairs
Snow removal and exterior grounds maintenance as needed.
Must be available for emergency on-call service on a rotation basis.
We are a drug-free company. A clean driving record is mandatory.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position; Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM.
