SUMMER GROUNDS CREW

Do you love the outdoors? Are you looking for 40 hours per week, but want your nights and weekends free? Come join our Summer Grounds Crew! For over 50 years, Park Avenue of Wayzata provides quality rental townhomes, apartments and commercial real estate in the western suburbs of Minneapolis. We are looking for individuals that are team players and like to get their hands dirty.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
• General building maintenance: powerwash buildings, garage doors and patios, clean out gutters, paint doors and trim
• General grounds maintenance: water lawns and flowerbeds, weeding and grass seeding, grounds pickup of trash, brush, twigs and branches
• Landscaping: Remove and plant shrubs and bushes, plant flowers, remove and replace mulch and landscape rock, repair and/or replace retaining walls and fences, repair and/or replace landscape edging, repair drain tile

This position will utilize general power equipment and ladders. Must be comfortable with heights. Must have a clear driving record and reliable transportation. This is a full-time, seasonal position. Mon – Fri 7:30 – 4:30. Wage $18.00 – $22 per hour.
